How long does the sourcing process take from start to finish?
A typical sourcing project takes 2-4 months from initial inquiry to delivery. Supplier matching takes 3-5 business days, sample production 7-15 days, sample shipping 3-7 days by air, production 15-45 days depending on the product, and sea shipping 25-35 days. We provide a detailed timeline for every project.
How many factory options will you present?
We typically present 3-5 qualified factory options for each product. Each option includes the factory's profile, pricing, MOQ, production capacity, certifications, and our team's assessment from visiting the factory in person.
Do I need to visit China to source products?
No. That's exactly why we exist. Our Ningbo-based team handles all factory visits, negotiations, and inspections on your behalf. You communicate with us in English via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. We send you detailed photo/video reports of factory visits and inspections.
What happens if I don't like the factories you suggest?
We'll keep searching. Our 100,000+ factory database covers every major manufacturing category. If the initial options don't meet your requirements, we refine our search criteria and present new alternatives -- at no extra cost. If we ultimately can't find a suitable supplier, our service fee is fully refundable.
Can I communicate directly with the factory?
Yes. Once you've selected a factory and built a relationship, we're happy to facilitate direct communication. However, most clients prefer having us manage factory communication because we handle language barriers, cultural nuances, and negotiations more effectively.
What quality control inspections do you perform?
Our Starter plan includes photo-based QC reports. Our Pro plan includes on-site pre-shipment inspections where our team visits the factory to check materials, workmanship, dimensions, functionality, packaging, and labeling. We follow AQL sampling standards and provide detailed inspection reports with photos and videos.
