These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the supplypilot.ai website and the sourcing services provided by SupplyPilot, operated by Ningbo Cuizhi Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

SupplyPilot provides China product sourcing services for business buyers, including factory identification and verification, price negotiation, sample coordination, quality control, and shipping coordination. Product listings on our website are samples of what we can source; they are not offers for sale at a stated price.

2. Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are prepared based on the specifications you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
  • An order is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing on product specifications, price, quantity, and delivery terms, and any agreed deposit is received.
  • Our minimum project value and service fees are described on our pricing page or in your individual agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product specifications, quantities, and compliance requirements for your target market.
  • Ensure that imported products meet the legal and regulatory requirements of your destination country, including certifications, labeling, and customs duties.
  • Not use our platform for unlawful purposes or to source prohibited or counterfeit goods.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You warrant that any designs, logos, or specifications you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and you are responsible for claims arising from their use.
  • The content of the supplypilot.ai website, including text, design, and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.

5. Quality and Claims

  • Where quality inspection is included in your service, we inspect against the agreed specifications using AQL sampling standards.
  • Claims regarding product quality must be raised within the period agreed in your order terms. We will work with the factory on your behalf to resolve legitimate claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or service is limited to the service fees you paid to us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, or for delays caused by factories, carriers, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Buyer Accounts

Certain features require a free buyer account verified by email. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Contact
