Description
This door frame roll forming machine consists of hydraulic uncoiler, leveler, punching device, roll forming unit, shear, output table, hydraulic station, and control cabinet. Uses accumulator and PLC for fast punching and cutting, max speed 20m/min. Equipped with multiple hydraulic punching and notching units, all necessary holes/notches can be completed online, final product can be bent into a complete door frame without further processing.
