Description

This product is a high-temperature manganese-based single-component film former for wear reduction and self-lubrication of high-speed rotating parts like gears, chains, and bearings. The phosphating film is dark gray to pure black with excellent corrosion resistance and oil absorption. It is an acidic transparent light green liquid, bath concentration 16-20%, working temperature 92-99°C, processing time 5-15 minutes.
