Description

This nucleic acid extraction kit uses magnetic bead method, suitable for extracting high-purity DNA/RNA from various samples such as animal and plant tissues, whole blood, serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, oropharyngeal swabs, body fluids, reproductive tract secretions, bacteria, and viruses. The kit includes deep-well plates, mixing sleeves, magnetic beads, lysis buffer, wash buffer, binding buffer, elution buffer, and individually packaged proteinase K. Can be used for PCR/RT-PCR, Real-time PCR/Real-time RT-PCR and other molecular biology experiments.
